We are looking for a Branch Manager to provide top notch customer service to our clients and customers at our Boulder Canyon branch. Essential Functions:
- Branch Performance Management: Oversee the overall performance of the branch, including loans, deposits, referral products, and service quality. Manage a team of exempt and non-exempt personnel to ensure operational excellence and goal achievement.
- Client Relationship Development: Serve as the primary business development officer, responsible for expanding existing relationships and acquiring new clients. Guide Relationship Bankers in their outside sales efforts and collaborate with Centers of Influence (COIs) to drive growth.
- Credit Extension: Extend credit through various loan products, including micro and small business loans and consumer lending, in alignment with client needs and credit policies.
- Community & Prospect Relations: Actively participate in community organizations and events to build relationships, enhance the bank’s visibility, and source new business opportunities. Maintain strong ties with local networks and referral sources.
- Marketing & Lead Development: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support business development. Generate and follow up on leads from both external sources and internal referrals.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with loan officers and relationship managers to identify appropriate products and services for clients. Deliver presentations, assist with account setup, and ensure compliance with bank procedures. Support initiatives like “Bank at Work.”
- Market Research & Additional Duties: Conduct research and gather data for pre-call planning and client reviews. Assist clients with loan and service applications. Stay informed on industry, economic, and financial trends relevant to client needs.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional responsibilities as required to support branch and organizational success.
Qualifications:
- Requires a college degree and 4+ years experience in branch banking, other banking or retail management experience or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of banking industry, including lending and banking products.
- Must have excellent customer service and management skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions, build relationships and work with a variety of clients, employees and management.
- Ability to set and maintain high quality work standards.
- Ability to lead a group.
- Ability to deal effectively with people in various job capacities.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $75,000 – $100,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
