Who should apply?
Those who have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field and 4+ years in the banking industry, branch management, commercial and consumer lending or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
- Management experience.
- Motivational, budgeting and project management experience preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of banking, lending, credit policies, revenue generation, cost control, banking products, services, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Strong management, judgment, community development and public relations skills required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to resolve problems and manage budgets.
This position requires Federal Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) in accordance with the SAFE act. No expertise required, bank will provide.
