Vectra Bank Colorado is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Facilities Operations Manager at our Corporate Center, located off Layton Avenue in the vibrant Belleview Station area.

We’re looking for a dynamic professional with a strong background in facilities operations, someone who thrives in coordinating with employees and vendors, and who brings exceptional organizational, project management, and customer service skills. Experience in real estate / lease administration is a plus, as this role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio of bank properties including branches and our Corporate Center ensuring they meet our high standards of functionality and appearance.

Position Summary:

Vectra Bank is seeking a seasoned Facilities Operations Manager to partner closely with the Senior Vice President of Property Management. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing and executing a broad range of facilities-related strategies and initiatives, including real estate transactions, construction projects, and facility maintenance, to ensure best-in-class property management operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic direction and operational oversight for all facilities functions.
  • Assisting in the development and evaluation of policies and programs for new or enhanced facilities.
  • Oversee a dedicated team to ensure the exceptional upkeep and meticulous maintenance of all bank properties, cultivating environments that embody professionalism, safety, and operational excellence.
  • Negotiating maintenance and facilities-related agreements with landlords, developers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Managing budgets, controlling expenditures, and approving payments within authorized limits.
  • Ensuring compliance with maintenance contracts, permits, and insurance requirements.
  • Collaborating with branches and departments to address space planning and workflow optimization.
  • Leading staffing decisions, performance evaluations, promotions, salary recommendations, and terminations.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Who should apply?

  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and facilities management. College degree in facilities management is preferred.
  • A qualified candidate should have 7-10+ years’ working knowledge of facility maintenance, construction and Real Estate / Lease Administration
  • Proven history of successful leadership skills
  • Requires knowledge of property management, construction and constructions practices, facilities management practices and procedures to include maintenance, contract negations, project planning, project bidding and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations to ensure compliance. 
  • Must have good communication, decision making, planning, management and customer service skills. 
  • Ability to work with management, developers and vendors to meet deadlines and keep project on target.
  • Strong ability to read, analyze and interpret construction, plans, contracts, leases and related documents
  • Strong oral / written communication skills, persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Intermediate working level of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, and Project

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $110,000 - $125,000 annually depending on job-related factors. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as but not limited to, level of experience, skills, expertise, location, education, and certifications.
