We are looking for a Portfolio Administrator to join us in Denver, CO. This role focuses on providing analysis, support and service for the bank-wide loan portfolio as directly by the line of the business leader.
Essential Functions:
- · Provide analysis, support and service for Private Bank portfolio as directed by the Line of Business leader.
- · Prioritize support needs of the portfolios to include workflow management, MDM risk grading, underwriting and analysis.
- · Assist in the collection of documentation and information from Relationship Managers and support proactive research efforts.
- · Adherence to credit policies and procedures along with compliance requirements for each loan type.
- · Complete CP packages and term sheets for effective consideration.
- · Complete new credit write ups, renewals, modifications and amendments.
- · Manage covenant recording, advancement and testing.
Qualifications:
- · Requires a bachelor's degree and 4+ years' experience with direct portfolio/credit analysis and loan system/data management, or other directly related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
- · Extensive knowledge of business & commercial and/or related lending.
- · Extensive understanding of credit analysis, identification of credit risk, loan structure, loan documentation, etc.
- · PC skills required.
- · Experience with bank loan and database management systems (or a demonstrated aptitude with systems of comparable complexity) strongly preferred.
- · Must have excellent oral and written communication skills needed to accurately convey questions, conclusions and recommendations.
- · Analytical skills needed for portfolio performance review, reporting requirements and loan data management.
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $100,000 - $120,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as but not limited to, level of experience, skills, expertise, location, education, licenses, and certifications.
