Treasury Management Operations Specialist

We are currently looking for a Treasury Management Operations Specialist to join our TM Operations Quality Assurance team.

The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience necessary to:

• Review documents for treasury management products, including product fulfillment and daily production work.
• Review system setups, conduct research as needed. 
• Review and index treasury management documents, and/or conduct research when applicable.
• Provide quality review support via email, Microsoft chat or Salesforce chatter feed as needed. 
• Address inquiries, problems, and concerns.
• Attend Implementation meetings, training as assigned, to support the quality of implementation to help minimize time to market.
• Identify and draft communication to support better quality reviews.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Requires High School diploma, GED or equivalent education and 2+ year experience in banking operations, treasury management and/or bank products, accounting or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience.

• Proficient knowledge of treasury and cash management products, systems, procedures, services, accounting, financial and account analysis.
• Must have strong customer service, problem solving and communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite, Salesforce and other tools.
• Ability to work with clients and staff.
• Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline.

Pay Range: $20-$41/hr (Based upon location and experience)

Location: This position is five days per week in-office (M-Fri) and you will need to live within commuting distance of these locations:
